In fact, the quality, detail and uniqueness of our products is a direct result of the individual approach with which we welcome every single new project, working with our clients from the beginning stages of their initial idea to the delivery of a final product.
Innovation is at the core of who we are, and consequently our R&D team works tirelessly to find cutting-edge solutions to the various elements in our production process, from design to formatting and printing .
Our production process
The duration of our development process varies from client to client as we ensure we work closely and uniquely to provide consistently excellent resources. The discussion stage usually lasts between 1 to 2 weeks, as we establish the desired final product with our client and search for potential solutions with which to implement the project. Our development stage is the least predictable, ranging from two weeks if we possess the necessary tools to 3-4 months if new tools need to be ordered for the completion of the product. In this stage is also when we carry out a drawing and 3D model of the prospective bottle or aerosol to guide the continuation of our production. The final stage, the test in line is usually around 2 months as it culminates in a high quality product that meets our clients expectations.
Each year we venture into new projects that allow us to evolve and remain pioneers in the aluminium industry. Here is our 2020 in numbers:
