At Alucan we are faithful to our values and principles, developing our business in a sustainable way. For this reason, we work to improve our activity, using energy sources that are more respectful of the environment. Therefore, we work in 4 environmental areas:
We not only propose a 100% recyclable and ecological product, but we also use aluminum that is 25%, 50% and 100% recycled at the request of our customers. The recycled aluminum used is PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled), it comes from the packaging used by consumers (recovered, washed and crushed to return to the production process).
Aluminum has the most important impact on the carbon footprint; therefore, we also use new alloys to reduce the thickness of the walls of our packages and lower the weight of aluminum to make them more sustainable
